RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
🔹 Locate Your Return Label Find the return label attached to your original package. The return address is also available on the return page.
🔹 Process Your Return Returns are handled by DHL. To request a carrier for collection, use this link: Request DHL Pickup.
🔹 Missing Return Label If your package does not include a return label, please contact our support team at info@mazzurco.co.uk to request a new one.
🔹 Shipping Details Orders are shipped from the Printful warehouse nearest to your delivery address. Returns should be sent back to the original shipping address.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to complete the process. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.
